Costs shouldn’t prevent you from prioritizing your or your loved one’s hearing health. We will work together to meet your hearing and communication needs.

I take an unbundled approach to my pricing structure. Meaning- you pay for exactly what you need and only what you need. Insurances and hidden bundled fees do not dictate the level of hearing health care you deserve. With services priced separately from technology, you know you will always receive excellent professional care no matter your budget.

Travel Fee

 

In-home or onsite visits incur a travel fee. This covers my travel and time which allows you the convenience of receiving care where you are.

My travel radius is 20 miles around Brighton, MI. I will travel outside that radius for an additional cost.

Hearing Test

 

Your hearing test is just the first step to getting to know your hearing health. This is the traditional hearing evaluation you would receive at any audiology clinic’s office. A quiet room is necessary.

Hearing Aids

 

Currently, Dr. Waddell is not selling or fitting hearing aids. However, she provides maintenance and service for technology. This can be coordinated with the managing audiologist as needed.

Ear Wax Removal

 

Manual removal of ear wax is performed using a lighted curette. For adults with otherwise healthy ears and intact ear drums, I recommend using EarWax MD twice per day for at least one week prior to your appointment date to help soften and prep the wax for removal. Use as directed. May be required to perform testing.

Custom Earmolds

 

Custom earmold impressions are traditionally used to create swimmer ear plugs, hearing aid earmolds, in-ear monitors, hearing protection, musician ear plugs, earbud sleeves and more.

Payment Policy

 

Hear to There Audiology is private pay and only. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, debit cards, credit cards and HFA/HSAs. Payment is due at the time of service. A digital receipt with necessary coding is provided with your visit so that you may file an out-of-network claim as needed.

You may pay in full online prior to your visit to expedite visit time, or you may complete payment at the appointment. Cancellations less than 24 hours prior will incur a $50 fee unless the appointment is rescheduled and payment received in full. No shows will be charged a nonrefundable fee for the full price of the appointment.
